Our experience Party & Event Planners will help set-up and plan any aspects of your event. We will turn your party or wedding vision into reality, with no detail left undone. Our dedicated will make calls and coordinate vendors and will rent client items needed for event or will purchase for them to keep. We can create the event of your dreams
Day of Event Coordinators
Our Day of Event Coordinator facilitates the client’s vision to ensure a stress free perfect event. DEC will do set-up and decorating the day of event (or prior day) and act as liaison between event vendors present and make sure everything runs smoothly. Prior to the event start we will set tables with equipment provided and can provide decoration for buffet area and dessert table as well as table settings if requested. Decorators can be hired to assist for more complicated events.
Maitre D
Our exceptional Maître D staff will run the timing of your event. They will be the liaison between the DJ, Photographer, and Food Service. For weddings they will also assist the bridal party and immediate family throughout the wedding. They will be in control of all aspects of your event to ensure that all of your expectations are fulfilled.
Wedding Division
We are experts in planning and running your perfect Wedding. In addition to providing exceptional staff, we can coordinate Tent Packages, DJ's, Catering, Favors, Cake and Dessert, Theme Weddings and Decor for any type if wedding large or small. Intimate affairs are our specialty for smaller gatherings. If looking for a unique venue we can assist in that as well. Our packages are personally created to fit your budget.
Corporate Event Division
Our Corporate Event division can organize and run any type of event from Grand Openings, Company Picnics, New Product Launches, Holiday Events, Office Parties or Luncheons, Sales Meetings or any other time of function your company may need.
